We often struggle when challenges require a big effort and feel heavy; we have a tendency to whinge, bitch and complain about 'how hard it is'.

 

But here's the thing - these challenges are purposeful as they are moments where you're building new skills, forging resilience and growing. Just like when you're at the gym and you lift weights, you purposely load up... That's how you get stronger, right?

 

A practical tool to try...

Be your own cheerleader. Remind yourself you can do hard things. And you know what? You make that s#*t look easy.
