I get it, change is scary. It requires you to do something you're resisting; to step into unfamiliar space, have an uncomfortable conversation or risk looking like you're not quite sure what you're doing.
It's fair to say no-one enjoys being uncomfortable. But that awkward 'stuck' feeling you're currently sitting with isn't going go away by itself.
A practical tool to try...
Embrace a curious mindset, grab a paper and a pen to work through these questions:
What will happen if nothing changes?
What are the benefits to everything staying as it is right now?
What are the downsides of everything staying the same?
What is getting in the way of me moving forward?
If I could change just one thing that would improve the situation, what would I do?
